Etic Table is a startup from Île-de-France. Its mission is to preserve traditional agricultural crafts and enable a local and sustainable food supply chain for restaurants. Etic Table creates a direct link between regional producers and restaurants of the same region, strengthening the local economic system through the short circuit development.
