Etic Table is a startup from Île-de-France. Its mission is to preserve traditional agricultural crafts and make possible a local and sustainable food supply chain for the restaurants. Etic Table creates a direct link between the regional producers and the restaurants of the same region, strengthening the local economic system through the short circuit development.

Products from bio and traditional agriculture, high quality and freshness immediately available for any restaurants without delay, several times a week and without extra cost.


The Ace Project designed the brand identity (2023) and supports the start-up in its development in France.
